1. Data Collection and Storage Lumina is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or share any personal information (such as your name, email address, or location) on our servers.

All of your data, including your custom affirmations, favorite quotes, and app preferences, is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure native frameworks (SwiftData and UserDefaults). We do not have access to this data.

2. Subscriptions and Payments Lumina offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions. All payments and subscriptions are processed entirely and securely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing details, or Apple ID.

3. Analytics and Crash Reports We may receive anonymous, aggregated analytics and crash reports provided directly by Apple (only if you have opted-in to share this data with developers through your iOS device settings). This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used strictly to improve the app's stability and performance.

Terms of Use for Lumina

By downloading or using Lumina ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use of the App Lumina provides daily affirmations and motivational content. The content provided is for informational and inspirational purposes only and is not intended to substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for mental health conditions.

2. Premium Subscriptions Lumina offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional categories, themes, and remove ads.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

3. User-Generated Content Lumina allows you to create your own "Custom Affirmations." You are solely responsible for the content you create and store within the App. This data remains on your device, and we are not liable for any loss of such data.

4. Intellectual Property All original content, features, and functionality of Lumina (excluding public domain quotes) are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
